
What services do you offer? The June E. Nylen Cancer Center (JENCC) has led the region in comprehensive cancer care, offering medical oncology, radiation oncology and hematology services. Each day about 125 patients receive treatment at our facility. JENCC has advanced chemotherapy and radiation treatments, state-of-the-art technology, access to clinical trials and any additional best practices in patient care. We also offer a full array of beneficial support services including patient advocates who help navigate the cancer journey, nutritional care, emotional and educational resources, free patient transportation service for radiation oncology treatments, a complimentary wig boutique, support groups and more.
How many years has your business been a Chamber member? We have been a member of the Siouxland Chamber for over 25 years – since 1995!
What is the best part about being a Chamber member? We are a member of the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce because it is a great way to engage with the business community that provides strong support to our organization and mission. The Chamber’s educational and networking opportunities are valuable, and the staff is extremely passionate about helping when needed. A favorite event is always the Chamber Annual Dinner.
What is a fun or surprising fact about your company? The JENCC is a joint venture of MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center and UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s and we are one of the first freestanding cancer centers in the Midwest.
